1. No Refunds
As our services are delivered digitally, including but not limited to SEO consultations, optimization, business listings, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. All sales are final, and once a service has been initiated, we are unable to issue a refund.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that SEO can take time to show results, and that client expectations may change during the process. Therefore, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for our Local SEO services. If you are not satisfied with the work we are providing, we will work with you to address your concerns and make any necessary revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon services.

3. Service Termination
If, after making reasonable efforts to address your concerns, you are still unsatisfied with our services, you can request to terminate your agreement as per the terms specified in your contract. Termination requests must be made in writing, and we will comply with the cancellation procedure outlined in your service agreement.
Important: Cancellation or termination of services does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made.
4. Revisions and Adjustments
Our team will collaborate with you on revisions and adjustments to ensure that you are happy with the work we are doing. This includes optimizing your business listings, working on your GMB account, and implementing changes as needed to meet your goals. We provide these revisions at no additional charge, as long as they fall within the scope of the agreed services.
If additional work is requested outside the original scope, we will provide a separate proposal, and any additional services may be subject to additional fees.
5. Charges for Unpaid or Overdue Services
If a payment for services remains unpaid or overdue, we may suspend or discontinue work until the outstanding payment is made. Any unpaid balance that remains after service delivery will still be due, and we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal means.
6. Special Circumstances
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution. While we cannot offer a refund, we may offer additional services, an extension of the service period, or a different approach to meet your objectives.
